Returns & exchange

We want you to love your fabric. If something isn't right, here's our simple 7-day return & exchange process.

Raise a request

Open your order under My Account and tap “Request return / exchange” within 7 days of delivery.

We review it

We'll verify the request and email you a pickup or drop-off instruction, usually within 1–2 business days.

Send it back

Pack the uncut fabric in its original condition. Our courier collects it or you ship it to our atelier.

Refund or exchange

Once received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method, or your exchange is dispatched.

What's eligible

  • Uncut fabric in original, unwashed condition
  • Request raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or wrong item

What's not

  • × Fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered
  • × Custom-cut lengths below 1 metre and clearance items
  • × Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
